1) Can I get discount from your list products?
Unfortunately we do not offer a discount on single guitar orders. Contact us for multi guitar orders.
If you send us a link to a video of you playing your new Byron guitar or signed up for our store newsletter, we can offer you a small gift or a discount on a future order.
2) How long is the manufactuers warranty?
6 months (exclusions apply, eg. physical damage).
We also repair for free within one year (US customers only for now)
3) What does MOQ mean?
MOQ= minimum order quantity
4) How much is shipping?
International freight charges are configured instantly in the shopping cart during checkout BEFORE payment is required.
You MUST choose the shipping method for the correct price to be displayed. The shipping companies we use are reliable and very competitive. All our orders are provided with a tracking number.
We even have free shipping for a few Asian countries.
If the shipping charge for your country does not appear please contact us for detailed pricing.
5) How much import duty do I have to pay for my order?
We ship all our orders as a sample or gift with reduced commercial value which minimizes the import duty. Contact us for specific details and options on how to reduce the import duty.
Import duty valuation and payment are the purchasers responsibility.
Returns due to import duty variations are not accepted. Please do not purchase from us if you are not willing to accept this responsbility.
6) Can you customize my guitar?
Yes, We would love to build your perfect guitar. Please send us an email with your specific requirements and we will provide you with a quotation.
