1, If there is an issue with the quality or workmanship, (unlikely with our guitars) you can return your non-personalized instrument within 14 days of receiving your order.
Notice that promotion or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

To return your instrument, it must be repackaged in its original box
We’re unable to accept incomplete or improperly returned instruments.
After return receipt and inspection, the purchase price will be refunded.
2, With extended shipping durations due to COVID, it is now strongly recommended that you purchase a hard case when ordering your guitar. The hard case provides significantly better protection during shipment (99+% undamaged delivery). Shipping insurance is not really cost effective for fragile shipments and is only offered by select delivery companies.
We carefully pack all our guitars for the long journey to you, however, sometimes the shipping company is not as careful as we are. In the unlikely and unfortunate event that your guitar arrives damaged the following policy shall apply:
Guitar with Hard Case: The full purchase price including shipping is refundable minus 5% bank handing fee;
Guitar without Hard Case: If the damage cannot be economically repaired, we will refund you the original purchase price minus the shipping fee and 5% bank handing fee;
We are not responsible for Customs, Duties, VAT or any other taxes or fees.
VERY IMPORTANT: please inspect the products carefully prior to accepting delivery. Open the package with the delivery person present and if the products are damaged then refuse the delivery.
The shipping company is responsible for return shipping charges in this situation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
