There is no discount for sample order of all the list products;

However we have Byron promotion, giving away a guitar in special occasion. We also offer gift, cash back or discount for Byron video provider;

2) How long is the quality guarantee?

6 months no human damage.

We also repair for free within one year (US local only for now)

3) What is the MOQ and what does MOQ mean?

MOQ= minimum order quantity

Our MOQ is normally 1-6pcs for guitars; for others, please contact us.

4) How do I know my shipping fee for one sample order?

International freight charges are configured instantly in the shopping cart during checkout BEFORE payment is required.

You MUST choose the export method for the correct price to be displayed. It is reliable and cheap, all our package can be tracked.

We do offer free shipping for most countries all over the world.

5) How much import duty I have to pay for one sample order?

For INTERNTIONAL business, there always have this import duty issue. We ship all our sample as gift.  No commercial value, and we normally put 5-100USD on the shipping paper for your benefit (depends on the box size) please notice if you worry about this, you can check with your local custom,

We do not accept any return product for high tax reason, if you can’t accept this, please don’t purchase from us.

6) Can you do customize guitar as I request?

We accept OEM/customize order, if you need a customize guitar, please send us an email, we will quote you price as your details request.

Warranty and Returns

Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receipt of product. Purchase price will be refunded back to your Account. Original Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

We reserve the right to decline any return if the product is not in salable condition or if it has been worked on.

Please contact us before returning any merchandise for approval.

This warranty shall be limited to refunding, repairing, or replacing any part which we determine,

However, we will pay for the ground shipping costs to return the product to you. We are not responsible for Customs, Duties, VAT or any other taxes or fees.
